Club meeting - setting up tournament teams
Tuesday March 23rd The conversation was vivid as it was the first meeting in the new year. A lot of coffee, tea and cakes were consumed, and four teams for the summer tournament were established.

Start training
Saturday March 27th at 10-12 at the club sports fields
First Monday training
Tuesday April 6th Normally, we start on a Monday, but the Easter Holidays included this Monday and we started on the following Tuesday
On the club sports fields at 18:30 hrs.
Visit BGE and a match in Alcobendas
Wednesday April 14th to Sunday 18th. The Petanque club went to Madrid to visit the Spanish Grundfos company BGE in Algete, and to have a match with a local club in Alcobendas.

Start Viborg Cup
Wednesday May 6th the first day for the Viborg Cup tournament where the teams of the year participate during the summer.
The Danish championship in company sports Pétanque
Nobody from Grundfos Petanque participated.

At 11, 13 og 15 The creamball machine is active for demonstration.
Grundfos Petanque Club was placed in room 4
Inger and Inger Marie, ready to tell about the club. Many visitors to the room arrived to hear about the Petanque Club and get information and a small glas of wine.
Ingerlise and Jørn took care of the creamball machine. A cream ball was placed in the machine and by hitting the machine at the right place, the creamball flew up in the air to be caught by the person who had thrown the Petanque ball
End of season
Saturday October 9th at 14-21 starting with a game for a couple of hours and ending with a delicious meal, beer or wine, and a lot of talk, a cup of coffee or tea to end the evening.
Winter training
Saturday October 16th was the first winter training on Saturdays as the weather did not permit playing in the evening, and indoor training was possible in the Grundfos sports hall to play withe special balls for indoor use.
It was from 10 to 12 during the winter.

Evaluation of Viborg Cup
Thursday November 18th at 19-22
Christmas party
We started with change to bowling shoes, and played for an hour with various results a number of the balls fell down by the sides in stead of hitting the pins, but there was a prize to the best female and male, and a consolation prize to the loosers.
Table number two with meat, the first table was seafood
We were seated in a room where tables were made for a lot of people, who did not come as planned, which means that we had the room for ourselves. A table filled with a lot of food was ready, and we enjoyed the food. After a while the table was cleared, and filled up again and we continued the enjoyment of the delicious food and drinks.
After dinner, we played petanque another hour. It was nice to get the exercise, but the score was almost the same. At about 23:00 hrs, we said goodnight to each other after a cosy evening for the twelve club members who attended the evening.
