Club meeting setting up teams
Meeting in the Grundfos Sports Center 18/4, to establish the teams for the tournament this year.

First Monday training
On the club sport field Mondays at 18.30. First day is April 4th
The weather was fine, sunshine, but some wind. 17 members arrived and a number of good games were played, but it was obvious that it was the first time after a long winter.
Start Viborg Cup
Starting 5th May
Match days in May: 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th.
Match days in June: 9th, 16th, and 30th.
Match days in August: 4th, 11th, and 18th.
OL in Bjerringbro 2-5 June
It takes place on the Club sport fields.
European Company Sport Games in Hamburg 22-26 June
Information meeting Feb. 28th at the Grundfos Center 19.00
The meeting was about an increase in membership subscription, but the proposal was turned down.
Takes place from June 22th to 26th.
Club championship
It takes place on the Club sport fields Saturday July 9th starting at 13.30 and ending with dinner at 18.30. Contact Inger Sebens for participation and payment of 100,- DKK

A bus for travelling to/from Billund is arranged.

Thursday 22/9: Factory visit at GNL.
Friday 23/9: Sightseeing in Amsterdam
Saturday 24/9: Petanque turnament with Gemert de Boules
Sunday 25/9: Departure from Amsterdam, arrival in Bjerringbro
End of season
Saturday 10th September, a tour to Viborg with a cruise onboard the Margrethe and followed by dinner at the Golf Salon, Viborg.

3. Activities in 2012: A visit from a Dutch club, Club championship, Viborg Cup, a tour to Germany.
4. Change of rules for Grundfos Petanque.
5. Election of board members: The following are up for election: Benthe (accepts re-election), Inger (accepts re-election if the change of the rules is accepted).
6. Raise of yearly membership subscription from 175 to 200 DKK.
7. Any other items
